Move Me Brightly, directed by Justin Kreutzmann, is a celebration of Jerry Garcia’s musical legacy, featuring some of his best-loved works and brightest diamonds, performed by his former Grateful Dead bandmates (Bob Weir, Phil Lesh, and Donna Jean Godchaux), with a rotating cast of musicians whose careers were touched by or influenced by Garcia’s enormous reach—including Phish’s Mike Gordon, Furthur’s Joe Russo, and Jeff Chimenti, Vampire Weekend’s Chris Tomson, the Hold Steady’s Craig Finn, and Tad Kubler, the Yellowbirds’s Sam Cohen and Josh Kaufman, the Black Crowes’s Adam MacDougall, as well as Neal Casal, Jon Graboff, Harper Simon, Jonathan Wilson, Jim Lauderdale, and Jason Abraham Roberts.
