How do I become an annual member?

How much does each type of membership cost after the first month?
After the first month, a mySongbird membership will cost $9.99/month for a monthly membership or $99 for an annual membership.
How do I cancel my membership?
Here are the steps to take to cancel your membership:
1. Click the face icon in the upper right hand corner
2. From the account screen, click “My membership”
3. In your membership screen, click “View Billing”
4. Once on the billing page, click the red “Cancel” button
5. You’ll then get a confirmation that your membership has been cancelled
How does mySongbird’s referral program work?
With mySongbird, we believe music is meant to be shared. You’ll earn a free month’s worth of mySongbird (a $9.99 credit toward your next payment) every time someone you refer joins mySongbird. You can start referring people today by logging in, clicking the icon in the upper right hand corner, and selecting “Referrals” from the membership screen.
What is your refund and cancellation policy for monthly memberships?
If you are on a MONTHLY membership and would like to cancel, we do not offer refunds for the previous month. Your membership will run out at the end of your month’s service term, and you will not be charged again.
How does the mySongbird app work?
You can enjoy mySongbird anywhere you’d like with our app, currently available for Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon FireTV devices; and coming soon to all app store platforms! Once you sign up for a membership, you can log into your mySongbird app on the device of your choice and start watching.
Where/how can I watch mySongbird?
You can start watching by downloading the mySongbird app to your Roku, Apple TV or Amazon FireTV. Don’t have one of these devices? You can also watch in a browser window on your desktop or phone (we recommend using Chrome, Edge, or Firefox browsers for the best experience), or stream it to your television using an HDMI cable.
My band would like to be on your platform. How do I apply?
We would love to have you on our platform! You can apply to be on mySongbird – and receive a 50% revenue share on all streams of your music – here.
I have a membership subscription, but concerts in the app are still locked. What should I do?
First, please try logging out and logging back in with the same email address and password you used to sign up for your membership on mysongbird.com.
Next try restarting the app:
Various devices will have different ways to restart the app itself. You’ll want to make sure and exit your app completely (restarting the device entirely may not accomplish this).
Make sure you have a strong, stable WiFi connection and that you are logged into the same email address you used to purchase your membership.
Launch the app again and try to Sync Subscriptions in the Settings menu.
If this doesn’t do the trick, you may have a faulty download of the app. Try deleting the app itself off your device and download from the respective app store again.

How do I cancel the auto-renewal of a subscription on Apple Devices?
From your iPhone’s home screen, tap App Store.
-Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen.
-Scroll down and tap the Apple ID button at the bottom of the screen. (If you are not signed in, tap the Sign In button, and log in with the Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription. Then return to the Apple ID button.)
-Tap the View Apple ID button.
-Enter your password and tap OK.
-From the main account page, scroll down and tap Manage App Subscriptions. If you don’t have any app subscriptions this button will not be displayed.
-From your Manage App Subscription page, choose an app subscription.
-Tap the subscription category for which you want to disable auto-renewal.
-Next to Automatic Renewal, tap the green toggle switch
-You’ll receive a confirmation message; tap Turn Off to confirm your choice.
