mySongbird FAQs

Which browsers support the full myWay™ interactive experience?
If watching on your phone myWay™ is best experienced on Chrome, Safari or Firefox. If watching on desktop, Chrome or Firefox is preferred. Safari on desktop will not allow interactivity.

How does this work?
When it’s show time, using your computer or phone go to our homepage to find the show you are looking for and click ENTER CODE to access the stream page. Once there, you’ll be asked to enter your access code if you haven’t already. If you don’t have it handy, search your email for “digital ticket access code.”

That email will contain your unique code. Enter it into the box and click “submit,” kick back and rock on! During the show, you’ll be able to watch the Director’s Cut of the show (the camera angle will change based on the production team’s director’s decisions) OR you’ll be able to select from three other camera angles as you please. We call this system myWay™ and want you to watch it, well… your way!

Oh, one more thing, you don’t have to wait until showtime to enter your code, you can enter it at any time earlier if you’d like (you’ll still have to have your code handy if you exit the page).

I purchased my ticket for the show. How do I access it?
After purchasing, an access code will be emailed to the address used for the purchase, which can be used to gain entry to the live event on

Too bad I can’t do Zoom in my location, or I would watch the show.
mySongbird concerts are video on demand, not Zoom. It’s just like watching a movie on your phone, and you and watch the performances you purchase as many times as you want for 24 hours after the show starts.

Is there a limit on how many tickets I can purchase for any given show?
No, you can buy as many as you like, and we are sure the artists will appreciate that.

Why do I have to pay to watch the concert?
At mySongbird we know that we all have been affected by social distancing and being safe. Musicians who cannot tour due to these rules need our help to keep their music alive. Why not buy on tickets and have some friends over to watch, safely, together while supporting your favorite artists?

I purchased my ticket with a merch bundle. When can I expect my merch to arrive?
You will receive tracking information for your merch in a separate email from your ticket code email that will let you know when your merch will arrive.

Something came up and I can no longer make the live stream. Can I get a refund?
We get it, life is crazy these days. Depending on the status of your code, we can make an exception and either refund your purchase or save that code for you to trade-in for a future show of equal value.
